Returns
Because our cards are handmade, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. However, if your card arrives damaged or defective, we'll gladly replace it or issue a full refund.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@caveatco.com with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
